As the days get longer Papa Gede's, in conjunction with YCK, invites you to stay out late, get your culture fix, and enjoy York, Clarence and Kent Street laneways. The festival will see over 50 FREE events take place- Here we're hosting live music or killers DJs Wednesday 25/10, Thursday 2/11 (our 10th birthday!), then Thursdays 9/11, and 16/11. Yet, again we are thrilled to welcome our favourite brother and sister trio, HIA, who'll seduce you all with their original tracks and epic band. Influenced by the likes of Outkast and The Fugees, this gorgeous group always raise the roof with their awesome music and sibling’s banter.
For only $15 we're featuring some of the funniest comedians in Sydney, this showcase will promote diverse comic talent with lived experience of disability, and/or chronic illness. With wheelchair accessible seating and Auslan interpretation, we are championing ease of access, in a fun way! Line-up to be announced shortly via Papa Gede's website, and social media channels.

We are auctioning our ‘Try Before You Die’ board of classic cocktails off for charity! Blackroo Industries to be specific. This is an historic, must-attend event for anyone with a penchant for cocktails, art, signage and, of course, giving back to the community. The sign was hand-painted by legendary street/graffiti artist Days One DCA, so it is totally one-of-a-kind. Not only that, but we are also launching our brand-new ‘Tarot’ cocktail menu, plus providing you lot with some epic live music. (See below)
HIA are back! Our favourite alternative hip-hop/ RnB/Soul vibes from gorgeous, talented brother and sister group; who write and produce original tracks along the lines of The Fugees and Outkast. Last time they rocked with us they sold out and there wasn’t a person who left without grinning.
